Our studios, bright and spacious, range from 34 to 37 m² in size and are primarily located with views facing the Rhine. This positioning offers a stunning view of the promenade, the television tower, and the Rhine park. Each apartment reflects a high standard of living, with modern and tasteful furnishings.

The living space features a comfortable queen-size bed, draped in premium “soft sleeper” Egyptian cotton bed linen. Select units boast a balcony overlooking the south-facing garden. The decor includes Italian designer furniture crafted from the finest materials such as Italian leather and walnut. The kitchens are a highlight, fully equipped with high-quality German branded appliances, including an oven with an integrated microwave, a ceramic hob stove, and a fridge with a freezer compartment.

The bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with features like a rain shower, Hansgrohe taps, designer sanitary ware, and Italian tiles in a timeless design. The apartments are floored with fine oak parquet and fitted with new insulated timber-framed climate control windows. Entertainment and connectivity are ensured with a flat-screen TV offering a range of international channels, free Wi-Fi/Internet throughout the building, a telephone, and an in-room tablet. For added security, an in-room safe is provided among many other features.
